CYSTIC LYMPHANGIOMA A CASE REPORT

Cystic lymphangioma of the pancreas is a rare benign vascular tumor. Its histogenesis still hypothetical and its preoperative diagnosis difficult to establish. We report case in 26-year-old boy who presented with abdominal pain notion constipation-type transit disorder. Radiological investigations showed an intraperitoneal mesenteric cystic A complete resection mass was performed. Pathological examination operative specimen confirmed presence formations, wall no need keep it.to end which lined by squamous, endothelial epithelium fibrous dotted few lymphoid clusters favor lymphangioma.
